NWAA is enthusiastically welcoming a new year with new faces and new projects. We look forward to helping move the organization in new directions while always focusing on the primary mission of supporting artists and bringing visibility to the art within the region. One new face joins the NWAA Board of Directors as we welcome Marti Castle to the team. Her involvement in past shows and her quote of “I love seeing how NWAA supports artists of all kinds throughout the NW in both large and small communities” shows how she connects with our values. A new year with four returning events with fresh new elements. A new year with several recent grants that will allow us to expand our wonderful video production effort that brings visibility to individual artists. A new year with new pathways for emerging artists, small communities, cultural connections and more. The New Years Resolution for the NWAA Board of Directors is to tackle new projects, connect with new artists and seek to develop new ideas. We invite you to join us on this journey.
