Alyssa Baker - Nomadic Knots

I use ethically sourced raw full grain leather that I hand tool/stamp and then hand dye and hand assemble various leather accessories. My designs are practical, fun and innovative with the emphasis on durability. Reduce, reuse, and recycle is how materials are treated in the studio. No material is wasted-scraps are used for classes or small leather projects and even fine edge trimmings are reused as bag stuffing. I come from a fashion design background and have been incorporating more fit and accessibility into my creations and plan to bring jackets and more bags into this years booth display. I also enjoy sharing my craft and often set up a hands on leather stamping table for anyone to come and make their own leather accessory!
