Erin Fox - Psychedelic Lens
All my work starts from an original 11"x17" graphite drawing, oftentimes from a personally collected specimen or photo. I then digitally collage my drawings to create scenes. To risograph my designs I figure out the color layers digitally as well. Risograph is very similar to screen printing in the way it prints one color at a time but the risograph thermally prints the screen onto an ink drum cylinder. I then run the paper through for each color layer. I do have a risograph in studio but use a community studio in Georgetown for any colors I don't have. Any planners, memo pads, journals, etc are assembled by me as well in my SLU studio.
