Michele Ballantyne Designs

I create large flowing works of art with wool, silk, and other fibers, of varying colors and textures, assembled bit by bit and brought together through the ancient technique of wet felting. The largest pieces are mounted and ready to hang unframed. The smaller pieces are in white shadowbox frames and ready to hang. My art reflects the contrasts and changeability of life as well as experiences that have affected me profoundly.
