Craig Britton - Living Large Small

Craig Britton & Brittany Whitaker are the artists behind Living Large Small - Much of our work is a collaborative effort, where Craig throws all our ceramics pieces and Brittany is responsible for the glazing. Our collaborative work often includes ornate, hand-painted flora & fauna motifs. However, some pieces are completely solo creations, such as Craigs current body of work which explores texture, materiality and the creation process. These forms are first wheelthrown, before he adds texture by hand-pressing one indent at a time.
