Kristin Norman - Dahlia Glassworks

All pieces made by Dahlia Glassworks is hand crafted by myself, Kristin Norman. The copper foil method is what I most commonly use. All glass is hand cut using the score and break method. Each piece of glass is then ground on the edges and carefully wrapped in copper tape. Pieces are then soldered together, washed and treated with a chemical patina. A final polish completes the piece. Glass is carefully selected with a great attention to detail and thoughtful combinations of colors and textures.
