Alice Macdonald - chrysalis
My unique and ethereal necklaces are inspired by lace and textiles. They are fine wire used as a thread and crocheted. I then use a variety of fiber techniques to build up layers of gemstones, pearls, and beads with the wire, including weaving and sewing. I then use bead embroidery methods and wire wrapping. I finish the necklace with a set of wire wrapped earrings.
