PACIFISCENCE Candles - Megan Ajax

PACIFISCENCE candles are meticulously handcrafted in small batches using my proprietary blend of organic coconut oil and locally-sourced beeswax - a rare and technically demanding medium. Coconut oil allows for nuanced scent expression, while beeswax provides natural structure and burn stability without synthetic or highly processed waxes. After years of testing and refinement, I developed a soy-free, paraffin-free formula that delivers a clean, slow and consistent burn. Drawing on my background as a pharmacist and lifelong Washingtonian, I approach candle-making as both science and art - balancing performance, presentation and integrity so thoughtful design never comes at the expense of how a candle burns or how a scent unfolds over time. Each candle is scented with essential oils and plant-based aromatics to create natural fragrances inspired by the places and landscapes I know intimately throughout the Pacific Northwest.
