Solo Glass - Manuel Castro

Handblown glass garden art consisting of spires, leaves, tubes, stars, flowers, and floats. Fine craft vessels, including cups, bowls, and goblets. Manuel creates sculptural and functional blown glass objects, custom design and installations. Castro’s work reflects his devotion to the craft and his pursuit of what is challenging. The colors and patterns that Castro applies come from the visuals of the Pacific Northwest. Throughout his over 20-year career, Manuel has used the discipline of Venetian techniques combined with the current Pacific Northwest glass movement in an effort to embrace the craft.
