Chris Stiles Art
Chris uses Sharpies, ballpoint pens and highlighters on whatever paper is available-brown grocery bags, cardboard, mat board and plain white paper. His gifts include design, choice & intensity of color & accuracy of perspective. His work is unusual, arresting & attractive. Chris was diagnosed with autism at age four and institutionalization was recommended. He was kept home and at age of seven began drawing beautiful pictures. We were urged to enter a local art show and he was awarded 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in drawing and Best in Show. It was his first show and he was out in the community and received a lot of praise, which is very healthy for him. That was in 2007 we have continued entering art festivals since then.
