Cheryl Brown - Rock/Paper/Scissors

I am a collage artist who utilizes handmade (cast, painted, and printed), manufactured, and recycled papers to depict a variety of birds. My backgrounds are vintage maps representing the regions where the birds reside, as well as the areas where my work is exhibited. To complete each piece, I enhance them with colored pencils to add detail. Look for unexpected snippets in my work or an interesting object the bird might be investigating that add a touch of whimsy and perhaps, a smile.
