Sarah Dalton - Simply Images

The common theme throughout this submission is birds. I create bird images with photography, mixed media, acrylic paint, collage and ceramic tiles. My birds are both realistic and abstract. These diverse artistic techniques enable me to portray birds in the multifaceted way they exist in our world. Through these mixed media, I can depict the surreal image of an owl flying relentlessly over a field looking for mice and with my photography I ca capture the fine details of a hummingbird suspended in flight.
