In my artistic practice, I explore the vibrant interplay of color and texture, creating pieces that resonate a sense of cheerfulness. I use vibrant, bold hues, complimentary underpaintings, washing and glazing techniques in order to create depth and luminosity, emphasizing the emotional through to the undertones. If my bold use of color doesn’t set me far enough apart from the others, my intent to create affordable original art will. The cradle framing is integrated into the design, with elements of the design continuing around the edges, for a three dimensional visual experience. I believe that art has the power to uplift and inspire, I hope that each piece brings a touch of joy to the spaces it inhabits.
