Ann Hymas - Circle Couture

I am inspired to create with silk, lace, upholstery fabrics, wool suiting, velvet, eco friendly organic cotton, hemp, bamboo and sew much more. I do all of my design, pattern making, and creating. I use techniques such as free stitch embroidery, appliqué, reverse appliqué, ruching, and most garments are created with at least two or three sewing machines. I often adorn these garments with exquisite vintage and modern buttons or unique zippers that are works of art on their own. My favorite parts are the finishing details that are necessary to do by hand. After decades of creating and sewing I've come to specialize in well tailored high end coats with welt pockets, incredible detailing and timeless designs, though I absolutely love the diversity and challenge of being able to co~create and bring to life anything my clients envision. Creating and working with fabric is absolute medicine for my soul and it's been immensely fulfilling to get to share these gifts far and wide.
